Born to Father, Richard Caplan; a lawyer, and Mother Barbara; a political aide in Los Angeles on 30th June 1982, Elizabeth Anne Caplan is the youngest of the three children. She spent her childhood in the Miracle Mile district. She completed her schooling from Alexander Hamilton High School. At the age of 13, Caplan lost her mother, who was suffering from cancer. At high school, she learned to play the piano but later pursued drama. She was a very generous student at the time of her school days. Lizzy Caplan was also a part of her school’s soccer team.
