In January 2013, Jessica Vega was grabbed by a web-based MySpace companion and ex-convict named Kirk Levin, who had been let out of jail only days before the episode. Levin allegedly attracted Vega out of her Tempest Lake, Iowa, home and requested that she drive him to his mom’s home prior to seizing her and driving off. She made a close shave after their vehicle was met with a minor mishap.
However, that wasn’t the main wrongdoing Kirk Levin perpetrated that day. Reports express that prior to capturing Vega, he over and over wounded his mom to death prior to going away from the house. Levin professed to not recall a large portion of it however was in the long run sentenced for first-degree murder and third-degree seizing.
