Jim Sarbh is an Indian film and theater actor. Best known for his supporting roles in Hindi films, he received the Screen Award, the Indian International Film Academy Award and two Filmfare Award nominations. In addition, Sarbh has directed and performed in numerous plays in India. Sarbh made his film debut in 2016, playing the villain in Ram Madhvani's critically and commercially successful biopic, Neerja; the role received positive reviews from critics and accolades such as the Filmfare Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor and the Screen Award. After his roles in the horror film A Death in the Gunj, he rose to fame for playing the villains in the historical drama Padmaavat and the biopic Sanju, both of which are categorized as films.
